The website and its identity
Chairs Haven LLC provides these pages and the direct part-time role areas described on them. CHV is the public SMS brand alias operated exclusively by Chairs Haven LLC. Chairs Haven Updates is its optional recruiting SMS program. The website is intended for lawful questions and information relating to the company itself.

How to read a task description
Seating-information role outlines describe possible direct part-time responsibilities, not a confirmed opening or employment offer. Hours, location, compensation, benefits and requirements need to be separately confirmed by the company. The company may clarify, replace or remove a description as its information or needs change.

An inquiry is not a contract
Expressing interest or completing a website interaction does not establish employment, promise consideration or guarantee an interview or selection. SMS enrollment carries no hiring advantage. An actual agreement about work, if reached, requires separate confirmation of the responsibilities and terms between you and the company.

Updates program content
Chairs Haven Updates may send recurring marketing SMS about Chairs Haven LLC's own direct part-time specification-note, material-reference, product-description and customer follow-up opportunities and company recruiting updates. Up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Voluntary consent is not a condition of applying, consideration for work, purchasing or receiving services.

Separate confirmation and opt-out
SMS participation requires an unchecked consent checkbox and then a separate unchecked confirmation checkbox. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help; crabbs@chairshavenllc.com is also available for program questions. Delivery is subject to network and device conditions. Purchased, rented, scraped, affiliate and third-party marketing lists are excluded from audience sourcing.

Appropriate communication and access
Use the website for lawful purposes and provide only information you have authority to share. Do not impersonate someone else, send unrelated promotions, distribute unlawful material or interfere with access. Attempts to bypass restrictions, introduce malicious code or obtain private information without permission are prohibited.
